I am happy to be here. Not only is it the beginning of a great summer term but today is my birthday. I have been enjoying the SLIS program up until now but (and) I am very excited about the two courses I have selected for the summer. My other class is Seminar in Library Science with the topic: Library Entrepreneurship. I am working part time as a Library Literacy Instructor for the city of Berkeley's Berkeley READS and I am also putting together my healing business. My husband and I have a green consulting business called Lights Up Services. I know that the skills I will gain from this class will help me in many areas of my life.

I had the best I can remember. I think it had to do with having no expections and knowing more about myself: what I want, who I am, what makes me happy, and knowing I am following my dreams.

Hi Sarah,
I noticed in your user profil that you are also into Scandinavian movies. We had a national holiday in Denmark yesterday (I currently live in Copenhagen) and they were showing "After the Wedding" on TV. It's a great movie and Mads Mikkelsen is so cool :-)

Oh yes, that movie is wonderful. What I love about it is is goes so deep. The true human experience. I can't believe you are in Copenhagen--well, I can believe it with the web and SLIS but that is very cool!
I would like to move out of country and finish the degree from somewhere like Wales.
